Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and company books

• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment records

• Manage accounts receivable and payable for wholesale buyers and suppliers

• Handle GST billing, GST returns, and related compliance work

• Maintain stock and expense records in coordination with the office team

• Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries

• Assist in bank work, cheque entries, and reconciliation

• Support management with audit and documentation requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Busy, or similar)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Experience in textile trading or wholesale business is a plus
